Is it true? if so I am urging everyone to speak up.
How do you know whether the article is written by a real human being or by bots? As far as I understand major publications are picking up machine learning tools for the content. Artificial Intelligence (AI) reduces workload and at the same time converts and publishes real-time data into an article.
Not only Forbes but also other major publications such as The Washington Post use Heliograf and Bloomberg use Cyborg. So how do bots works in journalism? Bots churn out draft reports based on the previous year’s reports which then will be vetted by a human brain, be it financial stories or homicide stories. So it is clear that AI and bots have taken control in Journalism whereby the work of a journalist should be creative, narrated out of curiosity with a capacity of storytelling.
Agree that major publications do use Bots to compete in the current world. How about Medium Writers? What kind of Bots is running behind on each writer when the writer can churn out a few articles in a day on various topics in various publications?
A writer might take a minute to conceive the idea, then a few hours to develop, maybe another few hours to get into shape but that is not what I have observed so far. It is not an offensive point but rather I am curious to know how a writer publishes at least one article a day without fail. Is that even possible by humans?
There are research and scientific data show that bots are capable to be alive on the blogging platform. But no measurement has been done on their creativity and the flair they should have or carry. So Artificial intelligence might work and reportedly google used romance novels to train its AI and it is reading 2,865 romance novels to be more conversational.
So my next question would be, Does the article read by humans or bots?
PS: Written by a Human mother while the two little ones are on the bed
